Goal
To create a bold, unique visual identity for a new small batch bakery in edmonton.
Process
Westside Bakery is a disruptive startup, employing new practices into their process to differentiate their business and product.
However, their main clientele are commercial clients, and it was important that Westside Bakery's visual identity remained clean, simple, direct and authentic, while still showing some flair and personality through colour, typeface and tagline.
Westside's script typeface communicates tradition and heritage, which is a nod to their traditional small batch production practices.
Westside Bakery is committed to building and maintaining strong supplier, client and community relationships, and eager to find ways to work with clients and industry partners on product design, development and distribution.
