Boom! Yea, that's what I'm going for

The objective of this assignment was to develop design strategies for food labels and product package design.

I created 3 pre workout labels designed to compete with products at specific price points.

I created a minimal design, prioritizing the content of the package. This is common for generic style packaging.

In my research, I found that generic products use simple design and usually avoid flashy graphics.

I added a soft gradient and guiding lines, elevating the visual hierarchy, and separating the content.

I created dynamic visuals, competing with other brands that use striking illustrations.

The focal point of the design was created with a volcano and an explosion, as they match the effect that the pre-workout will provide.

I applied bright colours to reinforce the energy and power depicted throughout the design.

Athletes use pre workout to enhance and increase their performance.

Utopia encompassed the idea of bringing Athletes to that perfect flow state. The futuristic graphic conveys increased power and perfection.

Futuristic landscapes are commonly associated with Utopias, and create a strong link with the higher end, premium logo.
